Hello, Everyone!

First of all thank you for visiting TOTAL iHealth. My name is Anna and I am the owner and creator of Total iHealth. I would like to tell you my story and the story about Total iHealth website. Why was Total iHealth was created? Actually the correct question would not be WHY I created Total iHealth but why I DID NOT create this website earlier. Let me tell you couple words about myself so everything becomes clear.

Few Words about me and the story behind Total iHealth.

In my twenties I was a personal trainer and a massage therapist. I Loved what I was doing then EVERY Single Day! My passion about the health and wellness was enormous. I loved anatomy and physiology so much when studying that I researched about the human body more than we would had ever needed for the school. I researched hundreds of illnesses and how they can be cured in a natural, holistic way. Never liked doctors… sorry MD! We still need you, guys of course, to be diagnosed and get the help in emergencies. But in my believe everything that is happening to us and our bodies comes from what we eat, how we live and what we do in our lives. Cause OUR CHOICES are what really create our life, health and being. OUR CHOICES are what cause our stress, illnesses and struggle.

Every single choice we make has its consequence.

I have strongly believed in that since I was 12. And before we make ANY choice in life we should think… twice. At least twice! And the most important choice we make every single day is what we eat, what we drink and what we put inside and onto our body. Cause if you feel good -> you look good -> you do good -> you make the right choices-> you create health and wellness -> you feel good! And this circle goes on and on… You got the point.

Oh, don’t get me wrong. I am not talking about being 100% strict with yourself and never allow that  lazy day or ice cream and wine day. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Do what feels right, do what feels good! Just don’t let your indulgences taking over you. Enjoy every bit of that ice cream and you won’t need that much. Allow yourself to hang out at home and do NOTHING after hard week of work. So allow yourself to relax from everything, no matter what it is and get that day of rest. As a result your body will thank you and will be ready for even more challenges tomorrow, and you will come back even stronger and more successful.

My lifestyle.

I personally go to gym. Every Single Day. I love running, especially outside, I do weight training and yoga. Well, I don’t do all of it in one day though 🙂 And I still have those lazy days when my body is saying ‘I am tried and lazy‘. And I just trust my body and give it a rest.

Since my childhood I have tried to watch my food cause I was always battling with my weight. Honestly I have never been extremely overweight, but I was easily gaining 10-20 pounds and then losing it and then gaining it again.  I have tried probably EVERY SINGLE DIET that exists in this world – vegetarian, juicing, Atkins, weight watches… You name it – I tried it. But eventually I came to the diet that fits most into my lifestyle. It is Paleo. I love the whole concept of it. And Paleo is not really a diet, PALEO is a way of life. There is the whole section devoted to Paleo on Total iHealth. I hope you find it useful for yourself.

About Total iHealth.

Well, I am not a big talker. But I always loved to talk to my friends and relatives about health and beauty. The other day I found myself giving the advise to my Grandma! 😮 what she can do naturally to reduce her level of cholesterol. I like to research about health, finding something new every single day. Pinterest became my favorite website of all. And guess what boards I have had? “Fitness,” Healthy Breakfasts/ Lunches / Dinners…”, “Health”, “Paleo”, “Natural Remedies”. Seemed like all of my interests were about health and wellbeing. Consequently I found myself loving to share my knowledge with anybody who wants to know about that. Moreover now I love to help people feel and look better.

So… what was the question? Why in the world I did not start this website earlier?

First of all I never thought that our world would ever need another health and wellness website… Cause it is thousands of them out there, and lot of them are Excellent! They have so much to offer. You just need to be careful with the choices of those websites (remember about the choice I was talking about before?) and choose only the trusted ones.

So generally speaking the point to create my own personal health website was to offer trusted information, tested products and give people that right choice! Every single piece of the information you will find on my website come from trusted sources. Furthermore I refer to the affiliate links where you will be able to find the products to buy. But the difference is that those will be ONLY the products that I personally or people I know have tried and believe it really works. Although if you tried the product I refer to and did not like it, please let me know. I will definitely review your opinion and will reconsider my choice.

My Vision is to offer a trusted source for all who care for themselves and their loved ones. We can take care of others only when we feel good ourselves!
